Ingredients

• 2 ¾ oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 ¾ oz Heavy Cream
• 1 ¾ oz Egg White
• 3 ¾ drop Orange Flower Water
• 1 ¾ oz Club Soda

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaker and shake vigorously without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled and aerated.
3. Strain into a chilled Collins glass and slowly top with club soda.
