Ingredients
- 2 ¾ oz Pisco
- 1 ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 0.67 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 ¾ oz Egg White
- 3 ¾ dash Amargo Bitters Optional
Instructions
- Add pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until chilled and foamy.
- Strain into a chilled goblet or coupe and add aromatic bitters on the foam.
